Planning Board:
Members: Chair-James Corbett, Randy Camp, Justin Planty, Connie Hatch-Young, Rick Brewer, Jerry Filiatrault(alternate). 
​The planning board categorizes the different types of land use and create comprehensive
plans that state the goals and objectives for development. Also, they help guide the
creation and amendment of regulations related to land use planning. 
Zoning Board of Appeals:
Members: Chair- Peter Wyckoff, Jamie VanBrocklin, Robert Dowman,
Jerry Filiatrault, William Hoyt,Jr.
"The Zoning Board of Appeals is designed to function as a ''safety valve" to relieve the pressure
of rigid and inflexible provisions of zoning codes and statutes and encompasses the power,
if an appeal is properly taken to the board, to interpret the zoning ordinance or local law and
to grant variances."
Board of Assessment Review:
Members: Chair- William Hoyt Jr., Robert Pinkerton, Tabitha McCuen, Jamie VanBrocklin, Anna Green.
The (BAR) is a lay body of citizens who live in the town. Their purpose is to listen to the 
grievances of property owners and possibly make changes in the assessments.
